Refunds

We do offer a full money-back guarantee for all purchases made on our website.  If you are not satisfied with our product that you purchased from us, you are eligible for a full refund within 30 calendar days of your purchase.

We have a 30-day refund policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a refund.

To start a refund, you can contact us at info@litterone.com. If your refund is accepted, we’ll refund your purchase, and you can simply toss the remainder of the product. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-refundable items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the refund is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
